How to use

AM Formula Mix one sachet of ONYU AM Electrolytes with 450–900ml of water and sip throughout the day, or consume 30 minutes before exercise to prime your body for performance. For prolonged or high-intensity activity, a second sachet may be used to replenish electrolytes lost through sweat. Do not exceed two sachets per day unless advised by a healthcare professional.
