Return Policy – Supplements

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To start a return, contact our support team. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the product following the steps above. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
